How to live in harmony with yourself? This question is asked, practically, by all people on our planet. It is very difficult to live in constant tension - this is exhausting, and no one has yet brought happiness. How to make it so that every day was not faded like gray paper?

First, you need to decide what actions and thoughts you need to exclude from your own life. For your life to be internally harmonious and self-sufficient, you should not:

  • live according to a pattern, afraid to change something in your life;
  • do evil to others (even if it's a little dirty trick);
  • make hasty conclusions and commit rash acts;
  • litter around you;
  • think ahead, expecting something more;
  • gossip and "wash the bones" to others;
  • take the first steps in something, if you strongly doubt;

  • do something against one's will

  • Be interested in what you do. Any work under the lash will not bring satisfaction to anyone, even if they pay a lot of money for it. Do everything in your power to love your work: do it in the best possible way, gain mastery, become, after all, a perfectionist! If you are assured that nobody besides you makes your business any better, this will only strengthen your self-esteem and broaden your career horizons.
  • Do not limit yourself. If you deserve rest, attention, respect, a gift - do not refuse it! On the contrary, it will help you to feel that you are the right person; having worked well, you can relax properly without harming others.
  • Do good deeds.As soon as you become, at least, once a day to make a good deed, then, at once, you will feel that good returns to you in double the amount.
  • Keep your home in order. If a person is comfortable at home, and each thing is in its place, then, accordingly, in his head, too, everything is harmonious.
  • Get yourself a hobby so that you can brighten up your leisure time. Develop spiritually - go to the cinema, theater, exhibitions, museums. This will only broaden your horizons.
  • Learn to notice small joys, and not focus your attention on mistakes and blunders.
  • Love yourself and enjoy every single day.
