Pangasius can not be called a popular productcooking, in our market it appeared not so long ago, but it is becoming more and more popular, and dishes from its fillets are increasingly found on the tables of modern housewives. It not only has a pleasant mild taste, but also has a complete lack of bones, that is, it is sold in a completely processed and frozen form. It remains only to wait for the fillet to melt, and to start cooking. So, how to cook pangasius fillet?
Pangasius fillet, recipe with cheese and champignons
About 700 grams of thawed fillets cut intoidentical portioned pieces, about the size of a square decimeter. Each piece of rubbed with salt, seasonings or just pepper, all to taste and lay on a baking tray.
