Railing for stairs

Building a two-storey house in Yekaterinburg. At the moment I am thinking over the design of the stairs to the second floor. Tell me, what is better to choose a railing? Wood, metal? Which specialist can I contact on this issue?

I'm still at the initial stage of building a house, only the box is ready. But already I think over the design of the room. I want to arrange a hall in the style of early baroque and that a wooden staircase leads to the second floor. Railings I think to make metal, forged. Maybe they will suit you too? Wrought railings for stairs in Yekaterinburg can be ordered, for example, here

I have a spiral wooden staircase with a wooden railing. The whole construction is covered with varnish. It looks very interesting. The area of the house is small and there was simply no place to install an ordinary staircase. But what happened to my wife very much.

My brother has a chic white marble staircase.Looks very rich. But he has a whole house of art work. I live easier, my house is one-story. But if the need arose, I would choose forged rails with some monograms.
