Simple and Delicious Lemon Pie

And do not give up, because this lemon cake, the most delicious of desserts, is prepared quickly and simply. Just mix the ingredients, and in an hour all the homemade will come running for a magical aroma.
Bake Lemon Pie: A Step-by-Step Recipe
Flour - 250 gr.
Lemon pudding mix package - 1 pc.
Baking Powder - 0.5 tsp.
soda - 0.5 tsp.
Salt - 0.5 tsp.
Eggs - 3 pcs
Sugar - 200 gr.
Butter - 2 tbsp.
Vanilla sugar - 1 pack.
Lemon juice - 40 ml.
Vegetable oil - 100 ml.
Greek yogurt - 70 ml.
Peel of one lemon
For the glaze:
Softened butter - 3 tbsp.
Sugar powder - 300 gr.
Lemon juice - 4 tbsp.
In a bowl, mix the flour, pudding powder, baking powder, soda and salt.
Whisk egg, sugar, butter, vanilla sugar, lemon juice, butter and yogurt into a homogeneous mass.
Pour the dry mixture into small portions and knead the dough.When the dough becomes homogeneous, continue stirring for another couple of minutes so that it is enriched with oxygen, and the baking powder reacts with other ingredients. This will make the finished lemon pie lush and porous.

In the finished dough, add chopped zest stir.
Preheat oven to 175 degrees. Cover the bottom of the form with wax paper and brush it with oil. Pour the dough into the mold and bake for 55 minutes, until the lemon pie is completely baked.
Check the baking readiness by sticking a toothpick into the center of the cake. If it remains dry, you can remove your lemon pie from the oven.
While the lemon pie is being baked, prepare the icing.
Mix butter and lemon juice in a blender or with a mixer. Gradually adding the icing sugar, beat the icing to a state of homogeneous mass.
Allow the lemon cake to cool for 5-10 minutes. Then move the knife along the contour of the cake to separate its edges from the mold, and place the lemon pie on the dish.
Whipped glaze generously cover the surface of the cake and allow 1-2 hours for freezing.Then you can slice a lemon pie and serve with tea.
