Teddy bear baby in a white dress
Prepare for work:
1. Hook number 2
2. Threads of two colors (preferably 100% cotton)
3. Holofiber or synthetic winterizer (for filling)
4. Beads (for eyes)
5. Sewing threads (black)
VP - air loop
SBN - single crochet
PSN - double crochet
SSN - double crochet
CC2N - column with two naquids
Increment - expansion due to knitting from one loop of two elements (sc, psn, csn)
Reduction is the contraction of work by tying two elements together, and thus forming one loop of two.
Any part of the body of our future toy begins with two air loops. In the first loop, we perform 6 scs (we get 6 loops). With the help of a connecting loop, we close the circle.
Row number 2: performed in each loop 2 sc (we get 12 loops).
Row number 3: knit, alternating 1 sc in one loop, 2 sc in the next - until the end of the row (we get 18 loops).
The following four rows knit without additions (18 loops in each row).
Row number 8: perform abbreviations: 3 sc, 6 increments, 3 sc.This is the narrow part of the muzzle, where the eyes and nose will be.
Row number 9: until the end of the row alternate 1 sc and 1 subtract.
Row number 10: knit without changes.
Fill. As a filler there can be a synthetic winterizer, sintepukh, holofiber, cotton wool (but cotton wool - as a last resort). All parts of the toy, it is desirable to stuff more.
We make reductions, tighten the hinges until fully closed. We hide the thread in the lower (back) seam.
The beginning of mating is the same as that of the head, only we make a circle of 5 sc (5 loops).
Row number 2: knit in each loop of 2 sc (10 loops). Next, 10 rows of knit without increments. At your discretion, the torso can be made shorter or longer.
Row number 13: 5 down.
Now we fill, we make the last downfalls and we tighten a hole. We take out the remaining thread to the place where the head will be sewn up afterwards, fasten there.
We knit a circle of 4 sc and immediately go to the second row. Knit in a spiral, without connecting loops.
We knit a foot a little longer than the torso. You can knit and "by eye", but it is better to count in the process of tying the number of loops, so that the details were the same. Similarly, knit the second foot.
Perform a circle of 5 sc.We knit without increments another 14 rows, in the usual way, not in a spiral. Each row ends with a connecting loop.
Finish knitting, fill holofiber. We knit in the same way the second foot.
Knit a chain of 3 VP. In the first loop we knit 6 PSNs, we do not connect them to a circle. We finish. We knit so the second eyelet.
Recruit a chain of VP equal to the circumference of the body. We connect into the ring.
Knit in each loop CC2N.
Second row: knit the same as the previous one, without increments.
The third row: in each loop we knit 2 CC2H.
Fourth row: to knit any of the varieties of the pattern of "shells", using PSN or CLO. Finish
Dial a chain of air loops, equal to the girth of the head, put into a ring.
Second row: knit 1 PSN in each loop. Finish
Embroider the nose on the muzzle with black sewing threads in 4 additions. We sew bead eyes, embroider the edge.
We choose a place for the ears, pin them to the head and sew.
We sew all body parts to the body.
We pass through the head collar, sew it to the dress.
You can tie a bandage for her head and belt (a simple chain of VP).
Our bear-baby is ready!
