Executive authorities of the subjects of the Russian Federationhave different names and have a multifaceted structure. In cases where it is impossible to find a suitable person for a given position, the President appoints him or her independently. But he does it too for a temporary period.
Executive authorities of the subjects of the Russian Federationobey the President and the Government. They adopt laws and amendments on the basis of all provisions of the Constitution of the country and can not act without coordination with them. Actions that do not comply with the laws of the Russian Federation may lead to the application of criminal punishment.
