What sweets can I eat a nursing mother?
Doctors recommend nursing mothers to stick to a diet in order not to harm the baby. Are sweets included in the list of banned foods with such a diet? Which of them can eat?
Doctors say that a mother can afford some sweets. Moms can eat pastila, marmalade (dull color, so that less dyes), marshmallows, home-made low-fat cakes, candied fruits, dried fruits, baked apples.

All other sweets are strictly prohibited, as they can cause allergies in the baby. Doctors say that after three months of breastfeeding, the mother can gradually expand her diet, introducing into it other sweet foods: cocoa, meringue, home-made potato cake. Introduce new products should be gradually, carefully watching the reaction of the organism crumbs.
According to doctors, after six months of feeding, mother can already eat everything, but gradually, also slowly introducing new products into the diet.
